1 - An important note about placing your order
Most of our clients like to talk with us when placing their order. Doing so is easy. Simply call us toll free at 800-949-7983 if you live in the United States, or at 928-252-2466 if you live outside of the United States, and we will take your order over the phone. You can use your credit card and your order will be shipped insured and trackable.

If you prefer to place your order over the internet, you can do so by using the table below. Because of the large number of images I have available on my site, I decided to use the following approach in regards to orders: a button is available in front of each print size, framed and unframed. Use the button corresponding to the artwork size you want to order. When we receive your order we will email you to ask which photograph you want. Or, you can email us the photograph title after placing your order:

Please note that prices do not include shipping. Shipping is added to your order based on destination. If you place your order over the internet we will email you the shipping costs. You can then pay for shipping via paypal or call us and use your credit card.

2 - My four unique warranties
We offer three unique warranties to protect your investment:

1 - One month, 100% money back guarantee
All artwork purchases are covered under our 100%, "take one month to decide" money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a credit, refund or exchange for up to one month. Some limitations apply, essentially to prevent internet fraud which, unfortunately, does happen. See the section on Returns below for details. Refunds do not apply to custom orders. A custom order is an order for a print which is not in stock and therefore has to be printed for a specific client, or for a print that is dedicaced, remarked, or otherwise customized.

2 - Lifetime Fade-free Warranty
Alain's work is exclusively printed using fade-free fine art archival papers and inks. All artwork comes with our exclusive Fade Free Warranty designed to protect your investment: if your artwork was to fade we will replace it at no charge for as long as you own it. No questions asked, just return the artwork to us and we will ship you a new piece right away. The fade-free warranty applies to purchases made in 2008 or later.

3 - Lifetime Framing Warranty
if you purchased your artwork framed from us, and if your framed artwork was to get damaged because of our framing, we will reframe it or replace it at no charge. Sometimes the materials used by framers -- such as tape, matboard, backing board, etc -- can damage your artwork. To prevent this we use only use the finest archival materials, and we guarantee that our framing will not damage your artwork in any way. However, if for some reason something was ever to happen, you are 100% covered. This warranty applies to each and every piece we frame and mat for you. Our unique Beaux Arts Photography Seal of Authenticity, which is placed on the back of every piece framed by us, must be present on your piece for this warranty to be honored. This warranty does not apply to pieces which are not framed by us.

4 - Personal Style Warranty
I guarantee that my work is done according to my personal style and shows the scenes I photographed in a way that is different from what other people looking at these same scenes would see. To this end I use a variety of techniques including the creation of a specific color palette for each photograph, the removal or addition of elements in the image, changing the shape of some elements, cropping or reformatting the original photograph and more. If the photograph you purchase from me shows the landscape exactly the same way as you saw it in person, I will refund your money. 3 - The four following characteristics apply to each photograph

- Each photograph carries the unique Alain Briot Seal of Authenticity
Each photograph comes with our unique Alain Briot Seal of authenticity label on the back of your artwork. The presence of this label guarantees that you own an original Alain Briot Fine Art photograph. Our Lifetime fade free warranty is honored on all artwork printed by Alain. Our lifetime Framing Warranty is honored on all artwork framed by us and which carry Alain's label.

- Each photograph is individually hand-signed by Alain Briot
All of Alain's photographs offered on this page are signed on the print and on the mat . This way, if you decide to remat your artwork, you will still have Alain's signature on the print. Alain signs his prints using an archival pen which does not fade nor damage the print.

- Each image is printed using the latest equipment and supplies
Digital photography is a quickly changing medium. As technology and supplies changes, so do my workflow and approach. To guarantee that you always receive the latest and highest print quality, each print is made when you order it.

- Our prices increase regularly
This pricing structure guarantees that your investment increases in value proportionally. All orders placed after a price increase are billed at the new prices. We do reserve the right to change our prices and policies at any time without notice.

4 - In-Studio Print Purchase Program
Print quality is difficult to share over the internet. While we try our best to give you a close approximation of the image quality through our online images, these are still only approximations. Original prints have more details, more variations of color, and are overall more beautiful. These differences are due to the limitations of the web in regards to displaying fine art photographs.

To help you make a decision while looking at original prints instead of online jpegs, we offer the option of making your print purchase in our Arizona studio North of Phoenix and to see the prints you are interested in person. In our gallery you will be able to select from a variety of framing options at no extra cost. These include:

We also offer one of a kind pieces in our gallery that are not shown on this website and are not sold anywhere else.

5 - Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, going from Glendale, Arizona to your location. US orders are shipped via US Priority Mail insured and traceable. International and overseas orders are shipped via US Airmail insured. Large pieces are shipped truck freight. Some special offers include free US shipping. In this case please refer to the ongoing special order page for shipping details.

6 - Your package is both insured and traceable
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. To this end we take all the necessary precautions so that your order is not damaged during shipping. Matted photographs are packed within multiple oversize layers of cardboard and corners are reinforced. Framed artwork is wrapped in bubble wrap, wrapped in cardboard then placed in an oversize box with foam peanuts all around. All packages are insured and trackable.

If for some reason your package was damaged during shipping, despite all the care we took packing it, you are covered by our exclusive free replacement warranty. Just call us, then return the damaged item to us insured and trackable, and we will ship you a brand new one at no extra charge.

We want you to enjoy your order for years to come and to have wonderful memories associated with it and we do our best to make this happen with each and every purchase. Our track record is excellent.

7 - Returns
We want you to know that each and every fine art print purchase, matted or matted and framed, is covered by our 100%, "take one month to decide" money back guarantee. We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and enjoy displaying our artwork in your home or office. If this is not the case just return the artwork to us and we will refund your money or exchange the artwork. This warranty will be honored whether you made your purchase over the internet, over the phone or in person. This warranty does not apply to personally autographed and/or dated pieces, to pieces sold at heavily discounted prices, nor to pieces which were altered, modified, reframed or rematted by someone other than Alain or Natalie Briot. Your piece must be in like-new condition when we receive it.

This policy applies only to fine art prints. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping from your location to ours. Shipping costs from us to you are not refundable. For the print of the month, the shipping costs are 10% of the cost of your order. If you have purchased multiple pieces from us and wish to return them for a refund you need to ship your pieces back to us all at the same time, preferably in a single package. Your return needs to be insured and trackable. Each return must be preceded by communication with us by phone or in person (no email), notifying us that a return is coming. Returns for which we have not been notified, and returns that have not been approved by us, will be returned to sender. Our policies are subject to change at any time without notice.

Returns and refunds do not apply to custom orders. A custom order is an order for a print which is not in stock and therefore has to be printed for a specific client, or for a print that is dedicaced, remarked, or otherwise customized.

8 - Refund policy for products other than fine art prints
We have a no return policy on software, Mastery Workshops on DVD / USB, Master File DVDs / USB, video DVDs, Music CDs, companion prints, custom mats, portfolio cases, workshops and seminars, eBooks, books and personalized books, prints or artwork and all other products or service besides fine art prints. None of these are refundable.

9 - Unfulfilled or partially filled orders

In the event of an order being placed and either not fulfilled or partially filled due to no fault on our part (for example if you fail to let us know which piece(s) you want us to ship you), you will be given a credit for the unspent amount. This credit can be used towards future print orders. If the dollar amount of your order exceeds your credit you will be charged the difference prior to shipping.

10 - eBooks
Make sure that you make multiple backups of your ebook purchases and that you keep your eBooks in a safe place. We can only replace lost eBook purchases for 15 days after the day you placed your order.

11 - Sales tax

No sales tax is charged to out-of-state and international orders. Orders shipped to Arizona are charged 9.8% sales tax
